I enjoy speaking at HR leadership conferences (in-person or virtually) to audiences who are interested to learn the latest thinking about people and culture trends in the disruptive economy. I am most excited and inspired when asked to discuss digital transformation within HR, technology for recruitment and candidate engagement, smart and digital workplaces, the future of work, and people experience and talent development.
My preferred medium of delivery is storytelling, which feels more natural and allows me to engage with the audience in a more personal way to share my analysis, practical tips and personal experiences. Above all I get a real sense of satisfaction being able to help others in reaching their potential and hopefully building their competitive advantage to success.

Startup Culture™ Mentoring
I enjoy helping others reach their potential. Part of this is setting aside time to mentor people who are grappling with the same issues and can benefit from my advice. We all live busy lives, and it’s common to feel like we have no thinking time, or time to plan and re-orientate. Sometimes it helps to check that we are going in the right direction, to bounce ideas around with someone, or explore new people or leadership techniques.
Mentoring is flexible and delivered online. Whether it’s a one-off meeting or a course of sessions, I can support you when needed
